Here, the Virgin River is cutting a narrow slot canyon through the Navajo Sandstone Formation. The Navajo Sandstone was formed when sand dunes burried the Zion area during the Jurassic Period (190 million years ago).”

My wife and I were here on the last really nice fall day of the year taking maternity portraits by my friend. This canoe was built by my grandpa in the 50s. I can’t wait to take my daughter here and paddle around with her.”

Assiniboine scrapped through the cloud layer.”
